The Company is at presently carrying on the business of Media & Infrastructure development. The Company was earlier carrying on the business of Media and related activities, however due to change in management and controlling interest in the company there was a dearth of cliental base and company was facing an intricacy in expansion of the media business. The same has resulted the need of overhaul of its business operations and accordingly the company has considered the diversification of its activities by venturing itself into the arena of construction and development of real estate spaces. The company has also identified some projects as well in construction space.
